TIP OF THE WEEK: How to replace Pantone Plus with older Pantone color books.

You may have noticed that your old Pantone Guides aren’t matching the new Pantone + series in your Adobe CS6 programs?
The reason is simple: In CS4 and CS5 the Pantone colors were based on CMYK – while CS6 has the new +Plus series, which is based on LAB colors.

HERE IS A POSSIBLE SOLUTION!
There is a way to load the old Pantone series from CS2 – CS5 versions into your CS6 Version.
This is what Adobe recommends and we’d like to share it with you:
