Show Photoshop Channels in Color / Photoshop Kanäle in Farbe zeigen

English version:

Tip of the week: How to show the Channels in Photoshop in Color!
(The normal setting only shows them in greyscale)

It’s 1 simple step:
On a PC go to EDIT > PREFERENCES > INTERFACE and click on the box
SHOW CHANNELS IN COLOR.

On a Mac go to PHOTOSHOP > PREFERENCES > INTERFACE and click on the box
SHOW CHANNELS IN COLOR.

Open WINDOW > CHANNELS … the channels are now shown in color!

Tip of the week: Wie man die Kanäle in Photoshop farbig sehen kann!
(Normalerweise sieht man diese leider nur in Graustufen)

Es ist ein einfacher Schritt:
Auf einem PC gehen Sie zu BEARBEITEN > VOREINSTELLUNGEN > BENUTZEROBERFLÄCHE und klicken Sie auf die Box FARBAUSZÜGE IN FARBE ANZEIGEN.

Auf einem Mac gehen Sie zu PHOTOSHOP > VOREINSTELLUNGEN > BENUTZEROBERFLÄCHE und klicken Sie auf die Box FARBAUSZÜGE IN FARBE ANZEIGEN.

Tip 1: How to show the Photoshop channels in color!
Normally the channels in Photoshop are being shown in greyscale. In certain cases I prefer to see them in colors to make alterations. Click on the link for more info.

Tip 2: The difference between S-RGB and RGB in Adobe Photoshop
I will use sRGB for my own illustrations – you may see one below – if I’m certain that my artwork will only be for digital display. Please click on the link for more info.

Normalerweise werden die Kanäle in Schwarz/Weiss angezeigt. Ich ziehe es manchmal vor diese farbig zu bearbeiten. Für mehr Info bitte auf den Link klicken.
